Hello! I am honored you are interested in learning more about me and how I may be able to help you in your hair loss recovery journey.

 

A little bit about me, I grew up right here in the Twin Cities and haven’t gone too far. I am happily married to my husband John. We have three amazing adult children, a son-in-law, an adorable granddaughter, and two of the cutest Cavalier King Charles named Sherman and Stewart.

 

When it’s not below zero I love to go on walks and spend time outdoors. Summer is my favorite season and time of the year, minus the misquotes! You may find me biking the beautiful trails throughout the city, sitting on a patio relaxing with friends or family, or playing a yard game soaking up the sun! I enjoy playing board games, mini golf and I've been known to be a bit competitive.

 

My background started in 1995 as a Licensed Cosmetologist in the beauty industry. After many years of listening to my clients' voice concerns about noticeable hair thinning and hair loss issues, I started my trichology education with the US Trichology Institute as well as TrichoEDU. I also have an Advanced Practice Aesthetician License to be able to offer advanced hair loss treatments like scalp microneedling and the new pain-free, needle-free Alma TED hair restoration treatments.

I have experienced different types and causes of hair loss and understand how big of an impact it has on your overall health and well-being. I want to support you through this process and provide actionable steps to stop further loss and help grow your hair. I have so many things to share with you.

As a Clinical Certified Trichologist, I can help you uncover the root cause(s) around your hair loss.  I offer a multi-therapeutic approach to hair loss recovery and prevention. If you already have a diagnosis, please don’t stop there. Hair loss is a lot more complex and there are so many treatments available.
